Delivery And Returns
Until the 17th of February Nisbets are offering free delivery on all orders placed on the web - regardless of the size of your order!
This offer applies to our Standard Mainland Ireland 24 Hour delivery service only and excludes Wholesale.
Delivery is usually made within 24 hours if you order before 4PM Monday - Friday (Excludes Weekends). Orders placed on Fridays before 4PM will usually be delivered Monday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be delivered Tuesday. Next day delivery excludes weekends.
Remote Areas & Offshore delivery services (such as The Achill Islands and Aran Island) are both 48 Hour Delivery. Please phone for details.
Delivery
Delivery on web orders over €100 (inc. VAT) is free and is usually made within 24 hours if you order before 4pm (Excludes weekends).
Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Delivery For Non-stocked Items
Non-stocked items are marked with the following icons: 
- Some of our larger products (such as refrigerated cabinets) are not stocked and may be delivered directly to you from our supplier.
- Please check the stock availability information in the product description. Delivery of non-stocked items may take 3-7 working days.
Delivery For Heavy Equipment
- Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
- Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Delivery For Embroidered and Engraved Items
Orders including embroidery or engraving will not be part-dispatched - please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Nisbets operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase unused or in it's original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the local rate number 021 4946777 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
Please be aware that for large items a restocking fee may apply.
Warranty Repairs
- Goods are supplied with the manufacturers 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated.
- Nisbets warranty does not include wear and tear, misuse, or products that have 'no commercial warranty'.
- Machines requiring repair within warranty where in our judgement they have been misused or not maintained properly will be charged for.
- We will contact you prior to doing this whenever possible.
