Debbie - Business Sector Advisor
Debbie joined the Corporate Dept with no Catering background but with a motivation to learn and succeed. After 9 months she was asked to run a Business Sector, which she gladly accepted. Six months later he successfully applied to become a Picking Team Leader and as his ability and talent has continued to be recognized he has again been promoted and is currently a Picking Supervisor.

Wesley - Warehouse Operative
Wesley began working for Nisbets in December 2006. His general duties are order-picking and packing but he soon came to find that there are a variety of different jobs in the Warehouse that also need to be completed on a daily basis.

April - Call Centre Advisor
April’s first experience of Nisbets came when she spent a week in the Call Centre on work experience and enjoyed it so much that the week just flew by! Everybody was so friendly and she enjoyed every minute so, when she decided to leave school, Nisbets was a natural choice.
"My current role provides great diversity whether it is helping customers with their new orders or arranging returns and replacements of existing orders. I am extremely happy in my current role. The company is fast paced and continually moving forward offering further development and career progression so who knows what job I’ll be doing this time next year!"
Claire - Call Centre Advisor
Claire worked for a courier firm in a small office and was looking for something more challenging. She learned that Nisbets had plenty of opportunity for progression due to the rapid growth of the company, excellent company benefits, a lively and friendly atmosphere with lots of organised social events.
Within a short period of time, Claire had progressed so well that she got the chance to work in a specialised role to develop her skills further. She had also enrolled to do a level 2 NVQ in Customer Services and is very proud of the certificate presented to her upon completion.

Samantha - Call Centre Supervisor
Samantha has worked for Nisbets over an 11 year period and has enjoyed the opportunities offered by a growing company. In recognition of her skills and experience, she spent 6 months in one of our overseas offices as part of her management development training. Samantha is now a Supervisor within the Call Centre with responsibility for 6 Team Leaders and their teams.
