As their name would suggest, FriFri have been responsible for developing high efficiency fryers within minimal floor space for over 50 years. Founded in 1947 in Switzerland, this UK based manufacturer creates a diverse selection of freestanding, countertop and built-in commercial fryer units to serve businesses both large and small. As a symbol of their continued dedication to premium performance and customer safety, FriFri secured a patent for a computer-controlled optimal frying system in 1996 as well as becoming the first supplier worldwide to issue each built-in and freestanding fryer with an electronic safety thermostat in 2003.
