Originally founded in 1984 by design engineers George Young and Ian Wood, Adande became known for specialist consultancy in industrial ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning, specifically for the oil and gas industry. As offshore chefs have specialist needs for long-term food storage and demanding day-and-night shifts, George and Ian were tasked on designing reliable refrigeration which could 'hold the cold' in these demanding conditions. That's when the Adande refrigerated drawer was born. Since then, the design has seen huge success around the world, mainly due to it's incredible holding accuracy and performance. Now with a dedicated production facility in Texas, USA, the Adande range continues to grow today.
