Designed for everyday performance, the GT45 features a generously-sized 20Ltr oil tank alongside two separate heavy duty fryer baskets, allowing you to fry multiple dishes, all at the same time, in the same oil.
With its patented infrared burner system, the GT45 has a truly impressive output of up to 31kg of chips every hour - more than enough for busy restaurants, hotels and takeaways. The tank also includes a sizable cool zone, helping to keep food debris separated and extending the lifespan of the oil.
The exterior of the Blue Seal GT45 is made from sturdy stainless steel - not only ensuring everyday commercial strength, but also making cleaning easier at the end of a busy service. And to further speed up cleaning, the fryer also includes a handy drain valve too.
