Gas Supply The Blue Seal G470 is a superbly versatile cooking solution for the professional kitchen. Combining a large capacity 2/1 gastronorm compatible 9kW oven with a powerful 12.5kW solid top, the Blue seal brings all the power and performance you need to cook dishes to perfection.
On top, the oven range has a generously-sized 900mm wide solid top, allowing you to position your pans for precise heats without the constraints of individual gas burners. Below, the large double-size gastronorm compatible static oven offers a rapid heat-up and four shelf positions. And thanks to the drop-down door, it's easy to load and access too.
Strong stainless steel construction throughout the Blue Seal G570 makes it highly durable and simple to clean. The removable centre ring also helps speed up cleaning, as do the adjustable feet and rear rollers which also allow easy positioning and installation.
