Plug fitted Compact and versatile, the Buffalo 600 Series electric griddle provides a fantastic cooking surface for your breakfast, lunch and dinner services. With its 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful element, the griddle powers up quickly and distributes heat evenly throughout the cooking surface - essential for consistent results every time.
Strong stainless steel construction and fully welded plates ensure the Buffalo griddle is both reliable and easy to clean. And thanks to the built-in large capacity fat collection drawer, it's effortless to empty food debris away from the griddle when required. The griddle also features splash guards to the side and rear of the cooking plate, helping to keep nearby surfaces mess-free too.
Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this griddle is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen.
