It comes with six different cooking options: griddle, shallow fry, deep fry, boil, simmer and stew. The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering great consistency whilst the manual, easy-to-turn handle, making it easy to tilt and operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount, therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position, or is lifted at any time.
