It's an incredibly flexible fryer, allowing you to cook foods completely separately to prevent flavour transfer or allergen cross-contamination. Independent control also helps you to save energy during quieter hours too, as only one tank can be fired if needed. When the oil is spent, each tank can be filtered independently too, making the Falcon simple to clean and maintain.
