Incredibly easy to fill, use and clean, the G9881 is ideally suited for use in high demand environments such as hospitals, prisons and large canteens. Dual pan functionality prevents directs heating - reducing the likelihood of burnt food. The innovative counter balanced lid enables incremental opening, allowing you to monitor the cooking progress with minimal heat loss. When service is finished, the top mounted integrated water faucet assists the cleaning process. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
