Designed for performance and convenience, the pan features a handy top-mounted faucet to facilitate filling and cleaning, as well as a sturdy counter-balanced lid with incremental opening which helps to retain heat in the pan whilst monitoring the cooking process. Fitted with sturdy castors. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
