Using just 18 litres of oil, the fryer can easily cope with busy takeaway, canteen or restaurant services, thanks to highly powerful 23kW burners. Twin basket functionality allows you to cook multiple products simultaneously, whilst the integrated debris collection zone ensures oil quality is maintained during service. The built-in filtration system has been designed to work even when the oil is warm, meaning filtration can take place when required - not just during down times. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
