With over 40 years of excellence, Italforni was originally founded by Bruno Ricci and Branislav Pagani to specialise in the production of electric and gas ovens for ceramics, glass and porcelain. But realising the rapidly expanding potential of the hospitality industry, they quickly turned to the design and manufacture of high quality ovens for the food industry.
