Highly compact and versatile, the Lincat Lynx 400 Pasta Boiler LPB features a lift-out control panel and element for easy cleaning and maintenance whilst the corrosion-resistant elements and boil dry protection ensures a long service life. The stainless steel cover lids also cover tanks when not in use thus reducing heat up times whilst the boiler comes as standard with a perforated basket .
