Most of this is thanks to its handy filtration system that filters oil for reuse where it can, saving you the money and effort of buying more barrels and changing them more frequently. Through straining unwanted oil into a bucket beneath the unit the fryer removes the burden of fixing and paying for an external drain, minimising the tasks required to continue operation and push further sales.
