Gas Supply A great source of precision heating for crowded kitchens or those requiring additional cooking power, the Lincat Opus 800 Four Burner Boiling Top uses intelligent heat distribution to give you precise control over your cooking regardless of the size of pan you use. The heat generated reacts quickly to changes in temperature to ensure no food is overdone, with cast iron hob supports to improve the responsiveness of the machine whilst protecting it from the intense workload expected in commercial kitchens. This is a countertop unit but can be fitted with an optional floor stand (not included).
