With its six powerful 1.85kW induction zones and large GN-compatible electric oven, the UK-made PHER01 Lincat Phoenix induction oven range is a highly energy efficient and versatile cooking solution for the professional kitchen. By using induction cooking technology, the hobs channel much more energy directly into the cooking, with no exposed flames or elements. Not only does this make the Lincat much safer and efficient to use - it means more energy goes to the cooking - not the kitchen, helping to promote a comfortable, more productive working environment.

In addition, each cooking zone provides instant power whilst fast-heating zones can be boosted to 3kW for up to 10 minutes - allowing you to start cooking faster than traditional gas hobs.

Below, the 6kW, large capacity oven provides rapid and consistent cooking, as well as a generous amount of cooking space. This means thats up to six full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans can be loaded simultaneously - without sacraificing taste or finish quality. And once you're all done, the majority of the oven is made from stainless steel that ensures quick, easy and thorough cleaning.
