The heavy duty Lincat Silverlink 600 Machined Steel Natural Gas Griddle GS4/N features high and low heat settings for precisely controlled cooking and piezo ignition making it simple and convenient to light. The plate is made from solid 12mm thick machined steel ensuring even heat distribution and excellent heat retention whilst its large fat collection drawer with a fat drainage channel keeps surfaces free from grease.
