Nisbets receives Queen’s award for Enterprise: International Trade.
2017
New retail outlets open in Belfast, Reading and Australia: Queensland - Townsville and Victoria - Dandenong.
2016
Acquisition of Bradshaw Microwave & Mitre Linen, Nisbets PLC take stake in Space Catering (UK) LTD.

New retail outlets open in the UK: Brighton, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Nottingham, Southampton and Australia: Queensland - Gold Coast. New distribution centre and retail outlet opens in Australia: Campbelltown.
2014
New retail outlets open in the UK: London & Manchester, and Australia: Geelong & Brisbane.
2013
Nisbets’ 30th Anniversary. New retail outlets open in the UK: London & Leeds and in Australia: Sydney - Darling Harbour.
2011
New retail outlet opens in the UK: Birmingham and in Australia: Victoria - South Melbourne.
2010
Caterers Warehouse (including locations in Castle Hill & Erina) acquired. This becomes the Australian arm of the Nisbets business.
2010
An established catering shop in London called ‘Pages’ is bought by Nisbets. Later renamed into Nisbets London.
2008
Due to Nisbets’ huge success, a second warehouse opens up at Access 18 in Avonmouth, Bristol.
2007
The Spanish operations open in Valencia. Expansion of the Holland operation to include Germany.
2005
Nisbets opens its French operations in Combs-la-Ville near Paris.
2004
Due to huge growth of the company, Nisbets opens up a new warehouse in Avonmouth, Bristol, UK.
2000
Nisbets operation established in Eindhoven covering Holland & Belgium.
1996
Nisbets opens up new offices in Cork, Ireland.
1990
Nisbets purchases ‘Red Ball’ to branch into wholesale. Nisbets ‘Export’ team established through intro group.
1985
Nisbets launches its first mail order catalogue.
1983
Andrew Nisbet started his own business selling knives, clothing and text books to catering students.
