Speed through prep for 50 to 400 covers with the Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra vegetable preparation machine. Reliable and powerful, the Robot Coupe features a robust 500W single phase induction motor, delivering a dependable single speed at 375 rpm. This provides consistent slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding and French fries across fruit, vegetables and cheese - the perfect assistant for the busy professional kitchen.

Lateral ejection directs produce straight into food trays to save worktop space and speed up service, whilst lever-activated auto restart maintains rapid throughput between batches. Two hoppers provide versatility - a large-capacity feed for bulk items and a precision feed of Ø58mm or Ø39mm for long or delicate produce.

The magnetic safety system, safety stop and motor brake all support safe operation without slowing the workflow. And after prep, removable parts make cleaning quick and simple, reducing downtime and helping maintain high hygiene standards.

Supplied ready to use with five discs, the Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra can evolve with your menu - simply add optional discs from the accessories tab.
