According to legend, the first hurricane glass was actually a hurricane lamp, repurposed by resourceful New Orleans bartender Pat O'Brien to serve his powerful new rum-based cocktail, the Hurricane. This versatile glass is no longer just an old Hurricane vase! Perfect for serving a variety of rum based cocktails, the Hurricane is also a great Pina Colada glass and is synonymous with a range of tropical and tiki cocktails.
