With a history dating back to 1952, Zanolli have a long and proud tradition of producing authentic pizza and pastry prep equipment from their headquarters near Verona, Italy. Established by father and son Giovanni and Gianfranco, Zanolli first saw success with the Electropizza, a hugely popular oven which was in high demand across Europe. Further product were launched, including kneaders, mills and pastry sheeters which continued the Zanolli reputation for quality and reliability. Today, Zanolli continue to design and manufacture Italian-made professional equipment which is used across the globe.
